The fabric made by Double 37 Steps Mini-Jacquard Circular Knitting Machine are often used in T-shirt, underwear and sportwear and so on, for various purpose textiles.

This machine dial part adopts closed tracks design. The bottom needle cylinder adopts the theory of 3-position style 37-steps jack needle selection. Miss, Tuck, and Knit would be formed when jack works on the portion of left, right and middle to produce various double mini jacquard fabric. It’s easy and fast to change the pattern on machine and reduce the cost because of the special function of the structure. It also can produce double jersey fabric, single and double beaded fabric, lacoste fabric, pique fabric.

Main Features

1) Manufacture: Most of the structures and main parts are produced by advanced processing center equipment, which ensure the precision and accuracy.

2) Machine: The structure design has been improved that the strength and hardness of the machine's main structure are raised. Three of the machine legs are equipped with the cushion pad to reduce the vibration when machine works at high speed and keep the machine steady.
